  • Lead HR functions: Spearhead recruitment, training, employee development, and other HR initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance: Maintain HR policies and procedures in line with local regulations and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with management: Work closely with Hiring Managers to address manpower needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Manage administrative tasks: Oversee administrative issues while ensuring compliance with local legislation.
  • Reporting and analysis: Prepare and submit weekly and monthly HR reports, providing valuable insights to HQ.
  • Government liaison: Handle interactions with government bodies on HR matters such as permits, taxes, and migrant worker quotas.
  • Compensation and benefits: Apply your understanding of compensation and benefits to support employee satisfaction.
  • Record management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
  • Training coordination: Process training needs applications and submissions for HRD grants to support employee growth.
