Job Responsibilities:

• To lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resource/Admin functions such as talent acquisition includes end to end recruitment and selection process for staffing & workers, compensation & benefits, HR policy & communication, staff training, learning & development, employee relations & disciplinary and payroll management.
• Ensure the HR documentations are in place and well organized which include HR-related letters, policies and notices (Letter of Appointment, Confirmation/Extension of Probation Letter, Warning Letter, and other relevant letters/ notices).
• Manage and oversee the updating and maintenance of HRIS & leave system, HR monthly reports/statistics, Staff Monthly Claims, Overtime, staff work schedule etc.
• Organize in-house/public training, HRDCorp registration and claim for all employees.
• To champion the Succession Planning Program of the company.
• Manage foreign workers-related issues, grievances, disputes, complaints and hostel arrangements.
• Overseeing the company’s general affairs, safety and health documentation and system updating.
• Ensure compliance of Malaysia employment-related laws for locals and work-pass holders.
• To review, update and amend the HR policies from time to time as needed.
• To assist the General Manager/Managing Director in following up business and orders pending matters.
• To review, propose and improve the company’s operations procedures as needed.

Qualification and Requirements:

• Candidate possesses SPM/STPM/Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HR system will be an added advantage
• Able to command in English and Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese
• Good knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act 1955
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task, be independent as well as be a good team player
