Job description

To plan and benchmark Group compensation and benefits packages that are competitive with the industry and market value.

Manage staff's KPI and Performance Management.

Handle employee grievances and provide counseling.

Take charge of disciplinary issues.

Payroll

Check and validate all payroll and statutory compliance.

Ensure that salary to employees and payment to statutory bodies are made on time.

Prepare monthly headcount and payroll report with analysis.

Recruitment

Responsible for manpower requisitions that meet business requirements.

Organize recruitment activities and strategies.

Ensure the recruitment process and procedures are conducted properly.

Represent the Company for Industrial Relations matters with the Department of Labor and Employment.

Ensure that induction and orientation are carried out properly.

Provide support and coordination to the team and Management.

Training and Development

Plan and conduct training to meet business requirements.

Source for training providers and coordinate internal and external training.

Work closely with HOD to identify competencies gaps by providing relevant training.

Create HR Policies & Procedures and ensure compliance with government and business requirements.

Must be ready to perform any ad-hoc tasks as required by the Company.

The above responsibilities are not exhaustive, and other duties may be added from time to time.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS SET:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.

5 years of relevant working experience.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and presentation skills.

Able to evaluate, analyze, and resolve complex problems.

Organized and able to meet tight schedules.

Mature, positive mindset, and pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Results-oriented and able to lead a team to manage multiple activities simultaneously.

A team player who can also work independently under minimum supervision.

Good leadership and people management skills.

Flexible and adaptive to changes.
