HR MANAGER

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Ampang, Selangor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions including recruitment, training and development, employee compensation and benefits, and all administrative functions.
2. Manage the monthly payroll and statutory contributions.
3. Manage the full employment cycle from onboarding to off-boarding of employees.
4. Other ad-hoc HR duties and projects as and when assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Human Resource Management.
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in all aspects of HR spectrum.
3. Well-versed in employment Act, and government statutory regulations (TAX, EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, etc).
4. Based in Ampang, Selangor.
