HR Human Resource Recruitment Executive (Fresh Graduate ~ Bandar Mahkota Cheras)

Job Responsibilities

  • Role as HR Recruiter in-charge for finding & recruiting candidate for positions for various industry.
  • To handle recruitment process from initial job orders receiving up to closing (Screening, filtering, shortlisting, schedule arrangement, interview, follow up interview status, prepare job offer detail - End to End process)
  • To discuss with superior on job order details / criteria's.
  • To advertise job vacancy in online job portal, printed newspapers, social media and promote through referrals.
  • To Identify, attract, recruit prospect candidates base on company requirements.
  • Utilizing market environment knowledge and experience to match between client requirement and candidate experience.
  • To perform phone contact interview, Online interview, face to face interview with potential candidates.
  • To communicate with client & candidate via WhatsApp's messenger, SMS.
  • Execute candidate's reference check and employment verification.
  • Continuously achieves KPI/objectives with support from superior & colleagues.
  • Prepare daily report for management review.
  • On-going update on job status & highlight on issues.
  • Assist management in implement appropriate recruitment strategy and projects undertakings.
  • Stay back office to complete urgent job task & arrangements as necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Psychology or similar capacity.
  • SPM / Certificate holder who has good command of English are welcome to apply.
  • Must be willing to work in Selangor Bandar Mahkota Cheras.
  • Fresh Graduates (No work experience required, On the job training provided).
  • Fast learner & able to standalone perform recruitment tasks (After training provided).
  • Willing to work long hours & willing to stay back to complete urgent tasks.
  • Hardworking, willing to learn, ability to perform extensive calls.
  • Ability to complete high load of jobtask within tight deadline and ability to work under fast paced environment.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skill.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office.
  • Monthly incentive, parking claim & allowance provided.
