Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. Responsible for uniform inventory turnover, keeping track of stock on a monthly basis.
  2. Send monthly inventory usage report.
  3. Ensure all uniforms are sufficient to cater to all new staff.
  4. Maintain uniform stock card & update stock with the Procurement Department if any stock needs to be filled.
  5. Issue letters.
  6. Year End Performance Appraisal preparation.
  7. Update outlet Organization Chart.
  8. Attend to government departments for any related issues such as stamping, complaints, abscond issues, or other statutory requests.
  9. Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

  1. Must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource or related field.
  2. Minimum of 1 year working experience in a related field.
  3. Required language(s) both verbal & written: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  4. Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
  5. Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Must be responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  7. Possess own vehicle.
  8. Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.
