Job Description
- Coordinator to implement and manage HR policies and procedures.
- Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviewers, conducting background reference checks, and sourcing candidates.
- Maintaining employee profile hardcopy and softcopy and updating the HR database.
- Managing employee benefits and compensation packages.
- Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts.
- Handle payroll administration work, including checking, staff attendance monitoring, staff leave recording, and payroll processing.
- Conducting performance evaluations such as confirmations, extension of probation, yearly appraisals, and ad hoc appraisals.
- Preparing and conducting the new joiner orientation process.
- Managing the employee resignation process.
- Handling HR administrative tasks such as filing documents and other administrative tasks.
- Promoting a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
- Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Able to perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management/superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
- At least a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in the HR field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
