Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment:Assist with job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations:Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and mediate conflicts.
  • Performance Management:Support performance appraisal processes and provide feedback.
  • Training and Development:Coordinate training programs and development initiatives.
  • Compliance:Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • HR Administration:Maintain employee records, process payroll, and manage benefits.
  • Policy Implementation:Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • HR Projects:Participate in HR initiatives and projects to improve processes and employee experience.
