Job Description

Location: Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage and guide Finance Department in daily financial activities including revenue, costing & inventory, accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger.
2. Lead and oversight monthly financial closing and reporting activities with in-depth result analysis.
3. Analyze cost behavior of product to identify cost model that is helping each business financials improvement and decision making.
4. Manage financial forecasting/budgeting activities and initiate relevant control activities with business units.
5. Support business units in capital expenditure requests and decisions.
6. Coordinate and oversight annual financial audit and internal controls compliance activities.
7. Act as a business partner to business unit leaders on their ongoing business strategy planning and process improvement initiatives by providing value-adding analysis & advice.
8. Perform any ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional qualifications, with 6 to 8 years of experience in manufacturing & FMCG industry.
2. Ability to interpret and interrelate data to develop good business analysis and projections for decision-making.
3. Experience in accounting standards and management reporting process, statutory compliance and SQL ERP systems.
4. Possess a high level of integrity and is meticulous with good reporting skills.
5. Possess strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills, and work well within a team.
