Human Resources Management
To handle the full HR functions which include recruitment, employee compensation and benefit, employee relations and engagement, training and development, performance management and other related functions.
Ensure that the company's policies and employee code of conduct are implemented.
Manage the company's payroll, remuneration and welfare system.
Compliance and policy management.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
To handle the full HR functions which include recruitment, employee compensation and benefit, employee relations and engagement, training and development, performance management and other related functions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure daily operations in HR department is carried out in smooth and effective manner.
To monitor and manage employees' attendance, leave, medical and training records.
Handle monthly payroll, calculations of claims and overtime claims accurately and timely.
Manage employee disciplinary matters and take necessary disciplinary action.
To liaise with relevant government agencies and departments pertaining to HR and statutory compliance.
To prepare and monitor HR administration work such as preparation of letters, new hires/resigned administration, employees’ job confirmation, transfer, promotion and contract renewal.
Coordinating and organizing company events and meetings.
Support in onboarding matters and help to coordinate exit interviews.
Manage job portals and review applicants at initial screening stages.
Coordinate interview sessions and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
Responsible for managing internal and external training activities.
To ensure work permits and employment passes for foreign workers and expatriates are renewed on time.
To report to the superior on any matters related to HR Operations.
To ensure HR-related reports are submitted on a timely basis.
Work closely with Chief Clerk/Assistant Mill Manager/HR Assistant on company hostel management and canteen tendering.
To perform any tasks or assignments given by superior from time to time.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE GENERALLY REQUIRED
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or its equivalent.
At least 2 years of work experience in the same capacity, preferably in similar or related industries.
Good knowledge and experience in local Malaysia Labour Law and Industrial Law.
Familiar with Foreign Workers and Expatriates Permit Application.
Independent and can work with minimum supervision and guidance.
