Job description

This role supports the Total Rewards team in the operational execution of compensation and benefits programs. The incumbent manages benefits operations (including but not limited to enrolment, vendor coordination, reporting), collects market data for compensation analysis, and collaborates on process improvement and/or program enhancement projects within Total Rewards and HR.

Expected Job Roles :

Benefits Administration:

  • Manage the benefits administration program, including but not limited to enrolment and plan changes for outpatient medical benefits and group insurance.
  • Coordinate with benefits vendors to resolve benefits related inquiries and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Ensure timely payment to benefits vendors for all utilized benefits and successful enrolment.
  • Prepare regular HR and benefits reports to understand monthly utilization and trend analysis.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) on benefits-related inquiries from employees.

Compensation Support:

  • Assist in the semi-annual regional salary benchmarking exercise by collecting and compiling market data on compensation trends. This includes researching salary surveys, job descriptions, and other relevant resources in talent market.
  • Support in market research efforts in the total rewards and talent landscape for potential business expansion by gathering data on compensation practices and benefits offerings in market.

Total Rewards/HR Program Support:

  • Support in process improvement and program enhancement (if any) in any total rewards initiatives.
  • Support in developing total rewards-related policies.
  • Support any ad-hoc projects related to total rewards and/or HR as needed.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Candidate has 0-1 years of experience in HR, preferably with a focus on benefits administration or compensation but not necessary. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in HR/total rewards are welcome to apply.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus but not necessary.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze market data for compensation planning.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with HRBPs and other stakeholders.
