About the role

As an HR Executive on the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for supporting the Center of Expertise (COE) Talent Acquisition Partners across the Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa region (APMEA), with a number of coordination / resourcing activities.

Key responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise (COE) teams to support all BAU recruitment activity including supporting the co-ordination of vacancy activity as required – this may include:
  • Job posting / advertising
  • Arranging and confirming candidate interviews (including managing candidate travel and expenses)
  • Application and candidate screening
  • Reference / background checking
  • Triggering employee referral payments
  • Deployment of assessment and selection materials
  • Recruitment of volume / entry level / junior roles

• Work effectively with our Applicant Tracking System (Success Factors) to support Talent Acquisition activity, ensuring compliance in TA activity across the ATS to ensure full compliance and working closely with HRIS to ensure correct functionality.
• Responsible for reports on key recruitment metrics reporting on activity per business.
• Working collaboratively with our wider HR teams to ensure an aligned approach from first candidate / hiring manager contact to offer and onboarding.
• Ad-hoc support for Talent Acquisition related projects or providing support for volume hiring activities.

Qualifications and skills

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Administration / Resourcing type of role. Candidates should have some exposure to resourcing / recruiting activities as well as coordination activities.
  • Previous experience working with systems and applicant tracking systems is essential.
  • Advanced communication skills in English (written and verbal) are required for this role, with the ability to communicate at different levels of the organization, and with stakeholders and candidates in different countries.
