Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our upcoming clinic in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, employee relations, and administrative tasks. Familiarity with the work pass application process is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring smooth integration and orientation into the company.
• Handle the offboarding process, including exit interviews, clearance, and documentation.
• Prepare and manage HR documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and other relevant paperwork.
• Process monthly payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
• Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns and promoting a healthy workplace culture.
• Coordinate Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives to support employee skill development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR functions, with a good understanding of Malaysian labor laws and work pass application processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office tools.
