The HR Executive provides high-level administrative support to Management in the day-to-day operation of the organization, including scheduling meetings and hiring, payroll, salary preparation, correspondence, coordinating travel, and other related functions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in all the recruitment & selection interviews, prepare emails, call appointments & attend arrangement reviews.
  2. Monitoring staff’s attendance, leave records and overall personnel files, ensuring all information is kept strictly confidential.
  3. Execute all HR documentation records, issue employment letters, confirmations, staff promotions, acceptance & termination letters, staff personnel info, leave administration records, medical leave records, register new staff & exit staff records, Socso claims Borang 34 and EIS etc.
  4. Liaise with HR Manager on the employee movement (new hiring, resignation, unpaid leave, staff exit, staff overtime, bonus /AWS pay-out etc).
  5. Ensure all payroll journals are posted promptly for accounts.
  6. Responsible for the monthly payroll process (including increment, allowance, KPI, OT calculation, and any related payroll components).
  7. Handle confidential matters, and correspondence, arrange appointments, travel arrangements/visa, and coordinate business schedules and itineraries.
  8. Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings, booking rooms and planning refreshments.
  9. Prepare all necessary documentation regarding Payroll / EPF / SOCSO and income tax CP22 deductions; resigned employees CP22A, EA form and Annual filing of Return Borang-E to LHDN.

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess an SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Professional certificates, or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years of relevant working experience in payroll.
  3. Able to work independently, settle & close end-of-payroll.
  4. Build a positive working relationship with colleagues.
  5. HR 2000 Quickpay (provided training).
  6. Teamwork, detail orientation, and good organizing skills.
