HR Executive / Senior Executive (Foreign Worker Management)

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR Admin functions and duties related to foreign workers across our construction site.
  Support HR Manager and HOD in operational challenges critical to business sustainability in regards to foreign worker.
• Foreign Worker Administration: Handle all related documentation, and compliance for foreign workers. Work closely with the foreign worker agent and also with internal colleagues in managing all foreign workers' documentation and salary related.
• Government Liaison: Visit local authorities’ offices to manage legal documentation, renewals, and compliance checks for foreign workers.
• Audit: Ensure all compliance required documentations are in sequence and proper for audit review.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as may be assigned by the superior or Company.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR, particularly with foreign worker management in the construction industry.
• PC literacy (MS Office and Ms Excel in particular).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, immigration policies, and compliance requirements for foreign workers.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel to our site and visit local authorities’ offices as and when required.
