Job scope:
Responsible for recruitment for positions that are assigned by the superior.
Responsible for overall company recruitment matters.
Job advertisement drafting, posting, prescreening interview, and interview arrangement with the related department head.
Follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Organize and take part in interview procedures as required.
Manage candidates' job offer process and negotiate remuneration packages.
Monitor and assist the newly recruited candidates.
Responsible for new hire onboarding-related matters, arrangement, and ensuring necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
Other tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
At least a Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related course.
Minimum 1 year of working experience.
Prior experience in a recruitment agency will be an added advantage.
Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Expected salary: RM3,000 - RM4,000 per month.
