• Screen resumes and applications, conducting initial interviews to identify suitable candidates.
• Collaborate in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are seamlessly integrated into the company culture.
• Conduct new joiner orientation to familiarize new employees with company policies and practices.
• Manage the end-to-end payroll processing for our organization, utilizing Time Tec HR software.
• Guarantee the precise calculation and distribution of salaries within stipulated timelines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Prepare and submit monthly statutory payments, including EPF, PCB, SOCSO, EIS, and HRDF, adhering to deadlines.
• Assist and coordinate training and development programs, fostering employee growth and skill enhancement.
• Monitor and update leave management, attendance records, and overtime payments with precision.
• Handle all matters related to foreign workers such as work permit renewal, FOMEMA, insurance, etc.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and organizational objectives.
• Administer and manage employee welfare programs, including leave entitlement, performance appraisals, medical benefits, and others.
• Assist in coordinating the performance appraisal process.
