HR Executive (Oil & Gas) - Puchong
Job description
Company Background:
We are representing a fast-growing oil & gas company in Puchong. As they are expanding, they are looking for an HR Executive to join the team!
Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
- Manage the onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and new hire training.
Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management
- Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Identify training and development needs and implement appropriate programs.
Compensation and Benefits
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, health insurance, and retirement plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Process employee leaves and absences.
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
- Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Degree in HR / Business Administration or any relevant field.
- At least 2 years of working experience as an HR Generalist.
- Independent and detail-oriented.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English (Due to business nature).
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
