Company Background:

We are representing a fast growing oil & gas company in Puchong. As they are expanding, they are looking for an HR Executive to join the team!

Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding

1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
2. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
3. Manage the onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and new hire training.

Employee Relations

1. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
2. Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
3. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures.

Performance Management

1. Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems.
2. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
3. Identify training and development needs and implement appropriate programs.

Compensation and Benefits

1. Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, health insurance, and retirement plans.
2. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
3. Process employee leaves and absences.

HR Administration

1. Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
2. Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics.
3. Assist with HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Possess at least a Degree in HR / Business Administration or any relevant field.
2. At least 2 years of working experience as HR Generalist.
3. Independent and detail-oriented.
4. Able to communicate in Mandarin and English (Due to business nature).

Working Hour:

Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
