HR EXECUTIVE ( Non-halal industry)

Responsibilities:

1. Provide support in human resources and administration matters for a group of companies.
2. Handle foreign workers related matters, including recruitment of new foreign workers, renewal of working permits, clearance of new arrivals, FOMEMA, PERKESO arrangements, and check-out memos.
3. Conduct induction programmes for all new hires.
4. Provide consistent support functions for staff payroll, recruitment, personal files, performance appraisals, confirmations, staff disciplinary actions, etc.
5. Liaise with government bodies regarding statutory issues and compliance such as EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, PCB, etc.
6. Liaise with relevant functional departments to understand necessary aspects and needs for staff training and development.
7. Organize company activities, including company trips, team building, annual dinners, and staff engagement activities.
8. Maintain company assets such as vehicles, including renewing road tax, insurance, and inspections.
9. Undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
2. Minimum three (3) years of working experience in related fields.
3. Possess own vehicle and be willing to travel outstation.
4. Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
5. Competency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
6. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
