As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in shaping our workplace culture, ensuring smooth HR operations, and supporting talent growth.

What You’ll Do

1. HR Operations & Payroll Management:
   Manage employee records, payroll, leave management, and HR documentation.
   Process payroll using SQL Payroll software.
   Ensure compliance with labor laws, renewal of workers permit and improve HR efficiency.
2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
   Support end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
   Coordinate onboarding and training to give new hires a great start.
   Enhance employer branding to attract top talent.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
   Plan and execute team-building activities and employee recognition programs.
   Help create a positive and motivating work environment.
4. Performance & Learning Development:
   Assist in tracking employee performance and managing KPIs.
