Manage and handle local & foreign workers’ administration matters.
Support payroll processing to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Manage worker registration of statutory account (LHDN, EPF & SOCSO)
Prepare letter format for Letter of Appointment, Transfer, Resignation & etc.
Submission of LHDN for new workers and resigned workers.
Assist in workers’ checkroll matter and data updating.
Handle worker Service Gratuity and Termination Benefits.
Prepare monthly reporting.
Filing of Operating Centre files.
Any other jobs assigned by superior from time to time.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource / Management / Business/ Human Sciences / Statistics or equivalent from recognised universities.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Able to work and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
Willing to travel.
Working experience of 1 – 2 years in Human Resource is added advantage.
