HR Executive (HR Operation)

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and update HR systems to ensure their proper functioning and data accuracy.
2. Manage filing and archiving of employee documents and records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Manage end to end HR activities in relation to promotion, redesignation, internal transfer between departments or entities, onboarding and offboarding.
4. Manage the attendance and monthly payroll processing, handle statutory related matters e.g. EPF related submissions.
5. Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.
6. Support in employee engagement activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or relevant fields.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome! Internship or working experience in HR is a plus.
3. Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, including employment law, labour relations, and compliance requirements.
4. High proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
