HR Executive (Foreign Worker Management)

• Responsible for managing and recruiting foreign workers in compliance with Malaysian regulations and guidelines.
• Coordinate with foreign worker agencies to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Maintain up-to-date records of work permits, visas, and other required documentation.
• Act as the primary point of contact with government authorities (Immigration, Ministry of Human Resources, Labour Department) for work permits and compliance.
• Ensure the timely submission of necessary reports and documents to government agencies.
• Assist foreign workers with employment-related matters and provide support for their welfare (FOMEMA, transportation, air travel arrangements, etc.).
• Ensure hostel accommodation meets safety, cleanliness, and comfort standards in line with Act 446.
• Address any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Manage room allocations, monitor occupancy, and maintain records of hostel usage.
• Ensure adherence to local safety and health regulations for foreign worker housing.
• Work closely with department leaders to resolve day-to-day HR operational issues.
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
• Preferably 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Experienced in foreign worker administration matters.
• Knowledge in HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, Malaysian labour laws, and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently to facilitate the establishment.
• High integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
