Responsible for executing engagement activities across all entities.
Focus on engagement programs that can be executed physically and remotely - celebrating employee work anniversaries, birthdays, holidays, and professional accomplishments.
Consults with departments to develop programs and provide information designed to enhance employee engagement, team building foundations and cultural change initiatives.
Conduct employee engagement surveys; analyze and distribute results.
Create and coordinate the development and implementation of employee programs to achieve engagement and reinforce a positive work environment.
Leverage internal communication tools to ensure employee awareness, understanding and participation in program and process improvement related to increasing engagement and building a best place to work.
Create and maintain a culture that makes employees feel energized to start their day, and fulfilled when their day ends.
Develop and implement an annual calendar of events and corresponding budget.
Amplify the values and culture.
Job Requirements:
1 year of employee retention and/or engagement experience.
Comfortable applying and adept at using technology (i.e. strong Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint experience preferred).
Must demonstrate initiative to proactively assess and resolve issues.
