Experience: Minimum 3 years as an HR Assistant or HR Executive.
Knowledge: Understanding of labor laws, including the 2022 amendments, Letter of Employment (LOE), company policies, and employee handbooks.
Qualifications: Min. Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM), Human Resource Certification (HRC), or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage HR documents such as probation letters, confirmation letters, appreciation letters, and other assigned HR-related documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
Support recruitment processes, including understanding hiring needs, screening candidates, and coordinating recruitment activities.
Assist in training & development initiatives, including conducting and organizing training sessions.
Create professional and engaging orientation and training slides using PowerPoint.
Provide necessary HR documents and support to Heads of Departments (HODs) based on specific situations and requirements.
Demonstrate basic problem-solving skills by applying appropriate and effective solutions.
Exhibit a proactive mindset, positive attitude, and emotional intelligence.
Be open to learning, adaptable, and receptive to feedback.
Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned by the reporting superior or Head of Department.
Ability to work under pressure and handle employee relations.
Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay is an added advantage (to communicate with foreign workers and management).
