Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Executive & Admin to ensure smooth operation for our company's day-to-day administrative activities while managing key human resources functions.

In this role, you will be responsible for recruitment, payroll processing, employee record management and overall office administration. You will play a crucial part in ensuring efficient HR operations, maintaining compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily office tasks, including document management, email handling, and meeting coordination.
  • Maintain office equipment and facilities, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Schedule meeting rooms and arrange meetings.
  • Handle communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist the finance department with expense claims and other administrative expenditures.
  • Support senior management with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in an HR and administrative assistant role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hour:

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
