Job Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and providing a quality onboarding program for new employees.
• Coordinate workshops or seminars to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and alignment with organizational values.
• Managing and initiating employee engagement activities to develop positive working relationships and improve employee experience.
• Administering staff welfare programs, such as annual medical check-ups, company trips, and celebratory events.
• Staying abreast of new implementations or updates in Industrial Relations (IR) and the Employment Act (EA) to ensure the company remains compliant and informed of industry best practices.
• Maintaining all HR records including employee’s career progression reports/histories.
• Undertaking special assignments, ad-hoc and related matters as and when required.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Human Resources, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Candidate must possess at least 3 Year(s) of Human Resource experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
