As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for driving the group's HR initiatives and ensuring the smooth and efficient management of all HR-related functions. This full-time position is based in Sungai Petani, Kedah.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
• Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support the organisation's strategic objectives
• Administering payroll, benefits, and employee records management
• Providing HR advisory and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters
• Driving employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Executive or HR Generalist in a similar role
• Strong working knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Proficient in HR information systems and MS Office suite
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certification in HR management or CIPD qualification is an advantage
