This role is responsible to support all HR matters to ensure the business operates smoothly and works towards improving employer-employee relationships. This position will be the focal point for the portfolios assigned, partnering with the Business to understand how the business works and what it needs to achieve its financial & operational goals through the people.
This role shall assist the HR Head with a variety of tasks related to HR management which include:
- Provide administrative support where relevant.
- Assist in HR projects & initiatives in-line with Group HR’s objectives & directives.
- Application of work permits/employment pass when required.
- To undertake any ad-hoc tasks/projects pertaining to Human Resources & General Administrative duties as and when required.
