HR Executive

About the role

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Executive located in Puchong. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions within the organization.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
• Provide generalist HR advice and support to employees on a range of HR-related matters
• Deliver learning and development initiatives to upskill and engage the workforce
• Assist with the implementation of HR policies, procedures and initiatives
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
• Support the HR Manager with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years' experience in a similar HR generalist role, preferably within the healthcare or medical industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
• Solid understanding of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
• Proficient in MS Office suite and experience using HR information systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven experience in coordinating staff activities
• Proactive, flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
