Job Responsibility

The HR & Admin Executive plays a key role in supporting the HR and administrative functions of the company. This position ensures smooth day-to-day operations by assisting with employee lifecycle processes, maintaining HR policies, and handling office administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities

HR Functions:

  1. Assist in managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  2. Support the execution of performance management processes and learning and development programs.
  3. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  4. Ensure proper communication of HR policies, procedures, and organizational updates.
  5. Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes.
  6. Assist in implementing and promoting employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs and team-building activities.
  7. Support compliance with labor laws and regulations by preparing necessary documentation and assisting with audits.

Administrative Duties:

  1. Oversee general office operations, including supplies management, facility upkeep, and vendor coordination.
  2. Process claims, expense reports, and other administrative documentation.
  3. Maintain organized filing systems for HR and administrative records.
  4. Coordinate meetings, events, and other company activities.

Support To Management:

  1. Provide administrative support to management as needed.
  2. Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to HR and administrative activities.
  3. Undertake any additional duties assigned by the management.

  2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  3. Positive attitude and proactive approach to tasks.

Job Requirements:

  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Preferable 3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  3. Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (preferred).
  7. High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  8. Candidate familiar in HR2000 iPayroll will be added advantage.
