HR Executive

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or in related field
• At least 2 years of experience in related field
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
• Self-motivated individual capable of working with minimal supervision
• Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
• Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Recruitment:

• Manage employee recruitment and selection end-to-end process including job postings and recruitment campaigns
• Handle onboarding and offboarding process
• Prepare payroll and commission
• Manage employee benefits (e.g., leave, allowances, etc.)
• Develop and update HR policies in line with labor laws
• Ensure company compliance with employment regulations
• Manage disciplinary procedures and documentation

2. HR Data Management & Reporting:

• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Generate HR reports for management
• Analyze HR metrics to improve workforce planning

3. Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Address employee concerns and grievances
• Promote a positive work culture
• Organize team-building activities and engagement programs

4. General HR & Admin: To perform any ad hoc tasks requested by management and department
