Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  2. Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions.
  3. Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires.
  4. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and conflicts; handle employee inquiries and requests related to HR matters.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  6. Set performance goals and objectives yearly, half yearly, or quarterly.
  7. Regularly report on sales performance and the performance evaluation processes to COO.
  8. Manage payroll processes and ensure accuracy.
  9. Contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  10. Identify opportunities for improving HR processes and practices.
  11. Participate in organisational planning and provide HR insights and recommendations to management.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, business administration, psychology or related field.
  2. Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management and other HR functions is valuable.
