REQUIREMENT

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  2. Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  3. At least 3 years and above of working experience in the field is required for this position.
  4. Preferably Executive specializing in HR or equivalent.
  5. Skills: strong knowledge of HR practices, employee development, and performance management.
  6. Training & KPI Management: Ability to plan, organize, and implement employee training programs, as well as set, monitor, and evaluate KPIs for employee performance.
  7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team player, fast learner, and analytical skills are a must.
  8. 15 minutes to KLIA.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Establishing and implementing Manpower Planning and Recruitment System to ensure proper processes are carried out such as procedures in pre-selection, interviewing, selecting, and post-selection.
  2. Formulating and designing employee handbook, rules, and regulations in compliance with Labour Law and Industrial Relations Act to ensure consistent practice to protect the company interest at all times.
  3. Reviewing the Company Compensation Plan & Fringe Benefit System.
  4. Improvising Wages Structure, Salary Scale & Staff Grading.
  5. Improvising and administering the Annual Performance Appraisal System.
  6. Setting up Company's Policies and Rules & Regulations.
  7. Administering disciplinary action system.
  8. Establishing and retaining Administration Management Plans for supporting the organization’s daily business operations.
  9. Identifying training needs of personnel and organizing training programs to meet those needs.
  10. Carrying out and implementing all relevant SOPs and ISO procedures.
  11. Liaison with Labour Department, Industrial Relations Department, EPF, SOCSO, and Income Tax Department.
  12. Responsible for coordinating labour movement such as Recruitment, Termination, Promotion, Transfer, and Confirmation.
  13. Handling grievances and providing counselling and advice to employees to improve industrial relations.
  14. Preparing employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducting exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
  15. Preparing reports and recommending procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
  16. Representing the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.

Training and Development

  1. Identifying training needs of personnel and organizing training programs to meet those needs.
  2. Assisting managers with the selection and contracting of external training programs and consultants.
  3. Preparing, facilitating, monitoring, evaluating, and documenting all the training activities in the company.
  4. Working with managers to address learning issues, instructional problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments.
  5. Managing and arranging all in-house training facilities and equipment.
  6. Monitoring training costs to ensure the budget is not exceeded, and preparing budget reports to justify expenditures.
  7. Compiling training documents and submitting training claims to HRDF.
  8. Maintaining employee training records.
  9. Contributing Kaizen ideas for HRA towards Departmental Objectives.

KPI Management System

  1. Collaborating with the Manager to identify relevant KPIs aligned with business objectives.
  2. Developing and implementing processes for collecting, analyzing, and reporting KPI data.
  3. Designing dashboards and reports to visualize KPI performance.
  4. Regularly monitoring KPI data and identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  5. Analyzing KPI performance to understand root causes of underperformance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  6. Preparing reports and presentations to communicate KPI performance to the Manager.
  7. Developing and implementing strategies to improve KPI performance and achieve organizational goals.
  8. Collaborating with teams to implement process changes based on KPI analysis.
  9. Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of KPI data.
  10. Maintaining data quality and integrity throughout the KPI system.
  11. You are required to perform other tasks as stipulated by department heads.
