Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
At least 3 years and above of working experience in the field is required for this position.
Preferably Executive specializing in HR or equivalent.
Skills: strong knowledge of HR practices, employee development, and performance management.
Training & KPI Management: Ability to plan, organize, and implement employee training programs, as well as set, monitor, and evaluate KPIs for employee performance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team player, fast learner, and analytical skills are a must.
