We're Hiring: HR Executive

Location: Sungai Buloh, Selangor

No.63-2, Jalan Nautika C, Seksyen U20, Pusat Lomersial TSB, 40160 Selangor, Malaysia.

Position: HR Executive Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: 3000 - 5000 (based on working experience)

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Assist in formulating HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee relations and foster a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in HR.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia & English (advantage).
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
