Payroll Management:
- Handle the full spectrum of payroll activities, including preparation and processing.
- Prepare and ensure the timely submission of monthly payroll reports (Mid-month & End month).
- Monitor and maintain the HR2000 System and Time Attendance System (TMS) to ensure alignment with the payroll process.
- Liaise with relevant statutory bodies, such as EPF, KWSP, LHDN, HRDF, and ZAKAT, regarding payments or claims.
- Prepare and distribute payslips, EA forms, and memos to employees.
HR System & Records:
- Ensure employee master records are updated and accurately maintained in the HR2000 System and personal files.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices.
Employee Support:
- Promptly handle employee inquiries related to payroll and HR matters.
- Check and manage staff reimbursement claims efficiently.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Prepare HR-related documents and letters, including those required for audit purposes.
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and managing emails.
Recruitment Assistance:
- Support the recruitment process, including job posting, scheduling interviews, and liaising with hiring managers.
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
