Job Overview:
Join our client in a pivotal role supporting HR and payroll operations for clients in Malaysia and globally. As a Customer Service HR Executive, you will handle core HR functions, coordinate payroll, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and manage inquiries on policies and procedures. Your contributions will play a key part in enhancing the Platform's payroll knowledge base and client support offerings.
Roles & Responsibilities:
HR & Payroll Operations: Manage end-to-end HR functions, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee data records, expense policies, and offboarding.
Customer Support: Address inquiries across various channels, assisting with overseas visa applications, reimbursements, onboarding, offboarding, and local employment policies.
Collaboration & Issue Resolution: Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues, ensuring client satisfaction.
Employee Mobility: Provide support with work visa applications for expat staff in Malaysia and globally.
Process Compliance: Adhere to global guidelines, service processes, and continuously improve service efficiency.
Requirements:
Diploma in Accountancy, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or business administration.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive mindset.
Excellent communication skills for effective interactions with management, staff, and customers.
International work experience is a plus.
Experience with Accenture is preferred.
