Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and creative person to join our team.

You will play an important role in:-

Foreign Workers Management

  • Ensure all foreign worker’s passport and permit are valid, renewal done before the expiry date.
  • To handle clearance, FOMEMA, permit renewal, insurance, application, extension, or cancellation, ePLKS & etc.
  • To handle foreign workers issues effectively and to liaise with immigration department in related to foreign workers matters.
  • Transport arrangement for foreign worker for going bank, clinic, hospital, etc.
  • Manage and update Foreign Workers Master List.
  • Prepare foreign workers monthly cost & expenses summary.
  • To handle foreign worker disciplinary issue

Hostel Management

  • Maintaining and update hostel master list from time to time.
  • Prepare monthly rental & utility expenses summary and payment request.
  • Conduct hostel inspection or audit to ensure hostel cleanliness, maintain healthy and hygienic environment.
  • Dealing with complaints and enquiries related to hostel.

Learning & Development

  • Responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the company’s learning and development initiatives.
  • Organizing training programs, managing training logistics, prepare and submit HRDF claims, and ensuring that training activities align with the company's strategic goals.

Recruitment

  • Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for blue collar positions
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant labor laws and regulations.

Compliance with Labor Law:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and government requirements related to manufacturing.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:-

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR or Admin field.
  • Min 3 years of experience in Foreign Workers Management and HR field.
  • Knowledge of foreign worker and hostel management.
  • Experience in dealing with FOMEMA, Immigration, JTK and other government agencies in relation to foreign workers is an added advantage.
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Possess own transport and able to travel whenever necessary.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ethical and uphold professional conduct.
