Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Min 3 years working experience
Have the knowledge of Industrial Relations practices, Labour Law and latest Government regulations.
Good knowledge of Payroll system and HRIS will be added advantage.
Good command of written and spoken English and Malay.
Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications.
Meticulous, resourceful, detail-oriented, able to work independently.
A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Strict discipline in maintaining confidentiality
Handle full spectrum of payroll processing, including computing wages, and allowances, checking attendance, medical claim, leave update, maintain employee files and update in the Human Resources system.
Conduct interviews and manage the onboarding process for new employees.
Conduct employee training and development programs.
Handles disciplinary issues and grievances of employees to ensure issues are being resolved fairly and as per employment law.
Coordinate documentation and administration of recruitment, letter/memo, confirmation, extension/termination, resignation, transfer and other movement of staff
Upkeep, register, process and make a monthly contribution for all statutory, process and generate EA forms annually.
Liaise with government bodies pertaining to statutory issues/compliances such as EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, PCB, etc.
Review the HR policies, SOPs and Employee Handbook in compliance with the legislation
Stay updated on labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies, facilities management, and responsible for general upkeep and cleanliness of the facilities.
Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time
