HR Executive

This Human Resource role mainly is to help out with the daily operations of the company. You will be involved in HR tasks as well as helping with the hiring.

Job Description

1. Work closely with the business team to manage customer accounts (Invoice & payments).
2. Work closely with the team to create reports (Table & Graph).
3. Liaising with the accountant for monthly accounting.
4. Managing hiring platforms.
5. Filter talents & arrange for interviews.
6. Data Entry & Paperworks.
7. Daily Office Operation.

Requirements

1. No Academic Qualification requirement, welcome anyone to apply.
2. No prior work experience required; if you have, it’s a bonus.
3. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must.
4. Proficiency in using the keyboard.
5. Calm.

2. Expertise in Google Slides.
3. Experience in Accounting works.
