Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
2. Handle HR administration, including maintaining employee records and preparing contracts.
3. Develop and implement HR policies that align with company objectives.
4. Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
5. Coordinate training programs and employee engagement initiatives.
6. Support performance management and appraisals.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role (minimum 2 years).
3. Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently.
7. Location: Work from home (remote)
8. Working Hours: Flexible, aligned with Singapore business hours.
