We are searching for a talented and motivated HR Executive to join our growing team. This generalist role will play a pivotal role in supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires across all departments.
2. Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs that foster a positive and productive work environment.
3. Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary action.
4. Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
5. Partner with leadership to develop and implement strategic HR plans that align with company goals.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR.
7. Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
3. Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
