Responsible for HR processes for entire employee life cycle and all HR documentation.
Oversee key HR administration functions, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Assist in onboarding process for new hires, including induction and assimilation into the organization.
Lead general administration functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist management in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities as required.
Employee Relations and Policy Management
Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, counseling, disciplinary actions, and misconduct investigations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Provide guidance to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Maintain updated knowledge of employment regulations and ensure company policies align with legal requirements.
Compensation & Benefits
Administer and oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive pay structures and employee satisfaction.
Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to recommend necessary adjustments for maintaining industry competitiveness.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
Ensure compliance with compensation-related labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Performance Management
Implement and manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Foster a culture of continuous feedback and coaching to drive employee growth and productivity.
Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career progression.
Culture & Employee Development
Cultivate a positive and inclusive organizational culture aligned with company values.
Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and satisfaction.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries, claims, and other employee payouts.
Ensure timely submission and compliance with statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, and Income Tax.
Maintain accurate records of staff leave, benefits, and entitlements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR and administration roles.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Hands-on experience with compensation and benefits administration.
Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Malay (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively in a multilingual environment.
Experience with payroll processing is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership abilities and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
