Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, conducting background checks, and onboarding.
Prepare monthly payroll and statutory forms such as KWSP, SOSCO, EIS, LHDN, and HRDF for submission of contributions.
Resolve payroll-related issues or problems within the given time frame.
Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legislative requirements.
Check and process staff claims, allowances, and overtime.
Update and maintain bookkeeping of all company leave records.
Update medical and group insurance records with clinic and insurance agents.
Maintain bookkeeping of training records in accordance with ISO policy.
Prepare and submit foreign worker applications, renew foreign worker visas, and manage exit procedures.
Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system.
Conduct thorough and efficient exit procedures for both staff and trainees.
Deliver training sessions on safety, health, and related Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) matters.
Prepare comprehensive sustainability reports, present data effectively, and identify and implement necessary processes.
Perform proper filing and management of company documents.
Participate in all HR-related tasks assigned by supervisor, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all HR activities.
Maintain good working relationships with superiors, employees, colleagues, HODs, and third parties.
Participate in ad-hoc requests.
Keep the reporting superior informed on the progress of assigned tasks.
Requirements

In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Holds at least a degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or Management.
Owns a car and is able to travel within the Klang Valley.
Proven working experience as an HR Executive or in similar roles for at least two years.
