Job description
  • Maintain and update employee records in digital and physical files.
  • Ensure proper documentation for hiring, promotions, terminations, etc.
  • Create and maintain personnel files for new employees.

Employee Benefits

  • Maintain records of leave and overtime calculations.
  • Manage employee insurance and benefits enrolment and claims.

Leave & Attendance Management

  • Address employee inquiries regarding leave policies and entitlements.
  • Ensure compliance with the Employment Act 1955 regarding leave and work hours.

Compliance & Industrial Relations

  • Support in preparing HR related letters, documentation and executions.
  • Support internal review related to misconduct or grievances.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience (Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply).
  • Familiar with Malaysian labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain and comply with dedicated work ethics of confidentiality in handling all personal data.
