HR Executive

• Provide consistent support function for staff payroll, staff disciplinary, compensation & benefits, performance management, etc.
• Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle for the firm to include, but not limited to, sourcing, screening, interviewing, checking references and onboarding qualified candidates based on departmental business needs and requests.
• Assisting in performance management processes including staff performance counselling and updating employment confirmation.
• Liaison with statutory government and private agencies pertaining to the renewal Company’s licenses, work permit and etc.
• To assist in documentation preparation for Immigration matters i.e. Visa application, Permit Renewal application and etc.
• Administering e-Leave management system, and other leave matters related to resignation, interns, etc.
• Handling employee queries. Primary contact for the employees and business line leaders that seeking support on HR processes, policies, etc.
• Recommend and execute policies, procedures, rules, regulations for employee in compliance with Malaysia's Labour Law.
• Managing and delivering the day-to-day operations of assigned HR duties and tasks.
• To perform any others duties as instructed by the Management from time to time.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• Minimum 1 year work experience
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fair understanding of Malaysian Employment Law i.e. Employment Act, SOCSO Act and EPF Act.
• Be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude, with strong communications skills and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
