Job Description
As a HR Executive, you will support the organization through a comprehensive range of HR operations, design, and implementation of internal HR strategies and activities. In addition to core HR responsibilities, this role involves contributing to process improvement initiatives, leading HR projects, and driving organizational change to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Performance Management
- Provides performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, etc.).
- Manages performance management process in alignment with company recognition and reward programs.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Employee Engagement
- Participates initiatives that supports/enhances a positive work environment for employees as and when required.
- Provides feedback on observations and recommends solution in relating to employee issues/concerns where appropriate to management.
- Conducts surveys and analyzes the data, implements suitable strategy in engagement.
Training & Development
- Conducts orientation program to new employees.
- Coordinates and liaises with external consultants on employees’ needs and arranges training schedules for employees.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employees.
Compensation & Benefits
- Oversees payroll administration to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing, including managing monthly expenses and claims.
- Administers and reviews employee benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with company objectives.
- Provides guidance and support on compensation policies, practices, and benefits-related inquiries.
HR Operations and Process Improvement
- Manage all HR administration processes, including benefits management, leave records, personnel file management, and HR policy updates, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
- Identify, design, and implement HR process improvements to enhance service delivery, reduce manual efforts, and ensure compliance.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR policy and practice inquiries, maintaining updated knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices.
Project Management and Change Leadership
- Lead or participate in HR projects aimed at improving company-wide processes, policies, and initiatives.
- Partner with management to drive organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication of new processes and improvements.
- Advocate for continuous improvement within the HR team and across the organization, championing best practices and innovative solutions to support company goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree, preferably in HR/Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a HR Operation role.
- Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail, excellent organization, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience in managing or supporting change initiatives, including the ability to adapt to evolving business needs and foster acceptance of new processes.
- Proven track record of providing effective support and guidance on HR matters.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
