HR Executive

Qualification: Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job ads and screening candidates.
2. Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy in documentation.
3. Assist with onboarding of new hires and facilitate orientation.
4. Administer employee benefits programs and handle related queries.
5. Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
6. Assist in organizing training and development programs.
7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
8. Handle employee relations and help resolve concerns as needed.
9. Support payroll administration and attendance tracking.

Job Location: Kuala Lumpur, Selangor

Years of Experience: 1

Age Range of Candidate: 20 - 35

Monthly Salary: 2000 - 7000

Requirements

1. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply—candidates with up to 2 years of experience in HR or related fields will be considered.
2. A Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
6. Fluency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage.
7. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
