HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our team at Pro Multi Auto Parts. In this role, you will work closely with the managing director to enhance HR strategies, foster a positive workplace culture, and improve overall team performance.

Job Description:

• Develop recruitment, training, and performance evaluation plans
• Conduct regular training to enhance execution and cohesion
• Promote teamwork and a positive work environment
• Ensure HR compliance with Malaysian labor laws
• Maintain employee relations and improve efficiency
• Optimize team management and systems

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws, HR policies, and best practices
• Proactive, people-oriented, and able to drive a positive company culture
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
